ProSe Docs™ Basic is a $19.99 USD one-time local document workspace. Basic remains on the customer’s device and keeps working after the first year.

ProSe Docs™ Pro is a $39.99 USD one-time purchase that includes everything in Basic together with the ProSe guided intelligence experience and the additional document tools listed on this site.

Included in Basic

A Basic buyer may create, save, export, and print unlimited local copies of every document and tool included in Basic on their own device. There is no per-print charge for included Basic tools.

Not legal advice

ProSe Docs™ provides document tools, examples, organization, and research support. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee that any document will be accepted by a court, agency, lender, business, or other organization.

Optional services

Higher tiers, advanced modules, updates, and online services are optional. Online document services require web sign-in and a service ticket, and preview/approval is required before final release.

Your purchase and your access code

Each purchase is issued a ProSe access code, which activates the application on the customer’s device. The purchase record is held by ThirdI Solutions, LLC and can be recovered using the purchase email address, so a lost access code does not mean a lost purchase. See the download and activation page.

Your documents

Documents created in Basic are stored on the customer’s device. ThirdI Solutions, LLC does not hold a copy of that work and cannot restore it. Customers are responsible for their own backups.
