Refund Policy

ProSe Docs™ is sold as a one-time local digital product: Basic at $19.99 USD and Pro at $39.99 USD.

If a purchase does not reach you

If a payment completes but the confirmation, access code, or download does not reach you, that is ours to fix and it does not require a refund request. Use Resend my confirmation with your purchase email address; if it still does not arrive, contact support with the payment reference from your Stripe receipt so the entitlement can be checked.

If it will not run

If ProSe Docs will not install, activate, or open on your device, contact support before requesting a refund. Include your purchase email, the edition and platform, and what happened. Most cases are resolved the same way: a working download and a confirmed access code.

Optional online services

Optional online document services are separate from Basic and Pro. Service terms, preview, approval, and refund handling should be confirmed before that service begins.
