Privacy Policy
ProSe Docs™ Basic is designed for local device use. Basic documents, writing, notes, and local workspace records are stored on the customer’s device unless the customer chooses to use a web-based service.
Payment information
Stripe handles card, bank, wallet, and payment credentials. ThirdI Solutions, LLC does not collect or store card numbers, bank information, or payment account passwords in ProSe Docs™.
What is kept about a purchase
To deliver a purchase and to let a customer recover it later, the following are held: the purchase email address, the Stripe payment reference, which product and version was bought, and the ProSe access code in encrypted form. Recovery and support attempts are recorded, with the email address and IP address stored only as one-way hashes.
Restoring access
A purchase is restored using the purchase email address, with the ProSe access code where the customer still has it. Confirmations are re-sent only to the address that owns the purchase, and the response is worded identically whether or not a purchase exists, so the service cannot be used to discover whether an address has bought anything.
Email is used to deliver purchase confirmations, access codes, download links, and replies to support requests. ProSe Docs does not send marketing email.
Optional online services
Optional online document services may require web sign-in, a service ticket/reference number, and information the customer chooses to submit for that service. Basic local access remains separate.
