Documentation
What each tool is for
ProSe Docs is a workspace, not a form filler. Each tool below does one part of getting a document finished — finding the right source, drafting it, checking it, and keeping a copy.
Included in Basic
Resource Finder
One search box across official and verified resources, with categories and quick starts. It exists because the hardest part of doing this yourself is usually not writing the document — it is working out which agency, court or programme you are supposed to be dealing with.
Document Library
Document categories with previews, local save, and local print and export tools. Everything opens on your own device, so you can see what a document looks like before committing to it.
Local & Personal Documents
Letters, notes, personal documents, book sections and local records. The plain-writing side of the workspace, kept on your device with everything else.
Legal Documents
Legal-document organizers, together with official court and form resources where they apply. Organizers, not advice: they help you assemble and keep track of what a filing needs.
Document tools
Business Builder
Business planning, startup, agreement, invoice, EIN and registration paths. For the point where a personal project becomes something that needs paperwork of its own.
Grants & Loans
Grant and loan resources kept deliberately separate, with official portals and readiness tools. Applying for a grant and applying for a loan are different jobs with different evidence, and conflating them costs applications.
Document Review
Read back what you have written before it goes anywhere — structure, completeness and the pieces a reader will expect to find.
Scenarios
Work through the situation you are actually in, rather than starting from a blank document and guessing which one you need.
The ProSe guided intelligence experience
The guided layer over the whole workspace. This is the main difference between Basic and Pro: Basic gives you the tools, Pro walks with you through using them.
How your documents are stored
Basic is designed for local device use. Your documents, writing, notes and workspace records stay on your device unless you choose to use one of the optional online services.
That has a consequence worth stating plainly: if you lose the device, ThirdI Solutions does not hold a copy of your work. Your purchase can always be recovered; your documents are yours to back up. Use your own backup, an external drive, or export copies as you go.
Optional online document services are separate from Basic. They require web sign-in and a service ticket, and preview and approval are required before final release. Local Basic access remains separate from them.
What ProSe Docs is not
ProSe Docs provides document tools, examples, organization and research support. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee that any document will be accepted by a court, agency, lender, business or other organization.
Deadlines, filing rules and what a particular court will accept are yours to confirm. When the matter is serious enough to need a lawyer, get one — this is a workspace for the work you are doing yourself, not a replacement for advice.
Video walkthroughs
Not yet published. When walkthroughs are recorded they will be listed here, on this page, rather than announced somewhere and lost. In the meantime, the install and activation steps are written out in full, and support will answer a specific question faster than a video would.
