After you buy

Get your download and activate

Your confirmation email carries two things: a secure download link and your ProSe access code. If either one did not arrive, both can be recovered below without contacting anyone.

Didn't get your confirmation email?

Enter the email address you bought with. No access code needed — if you never received the email, you do not have one, and any form that demands it cannot help you.

It is sent only to the address that owns the purchase, so nobody can use this to find out whether someone else has bought. Check your spam folder — a receipt from a small publisher often lands there.

Have your access code?

If you still have your ProSe access code, you can get a fresh download link immediately.

Download links work once and expire shortly, so recover one when you are ready to install rather than in advance.

Installing on Windows

  1. Download the installer

    Use the link from your confirmation email, or recover one above.

  2. Open it

    Just open the file normally. You do not need to right-click and Run as administrator — ProSe Docs is tested as an ordinary user, and that is how it is meant to be installed and launched.

  3. Check the publisher

    Windows will name the publisher before it runs the installer. It must read ThirdI Solutions LLC. If it says anything else, or says the publisher is unknown, stop and contact support — you do not have our installer.

  4. Complete the installation

    Then launch ProSe Docs from the desktop shortcut or the Start menu.

  5. Activate with your access code

    The first launch asks for the ProSe access code from your confirmation email. Enter it once; after that the application opens straight into your workspace, and keeps working offline.

Installing on Android

Android is not on sale yet. The packages are built and signed and are going through release verification. These steps are here so you know what to expect — see platform availability for live status.

  1. Download the package

    Use the link from your confirmation email.

  2. Allow the install when prompted

    Android asks permission to install from your browser or file manager. This is normal for software bought directly from a publisher.

  3. Open the downloaded file and install

    The package is registered and signed by ThirdI Solutions, LLC.

  4. Activate with your access code

    The same code from your confirmation email.

If something is wrong

My download link says it is invalid, expired or already used

That is expected — links are single-use and short-lived, so nobody who intercepts one can reuse it. Recover a fresh link with your access code, or have your confirmation sent again.

I paid but the success page was empty

Use Resend my confirmation with your purchase email. That delivers your access code and a fresh download link without needing anything you were not given.

If it still does not arrive, email support@thirdi-solutions.com from the address you paid with, and include the payment reference from your Stripe receipt if you have it.

Windows warns me about the installer

Confirm the publisher reads ThirdI Solutions LLC. If it does, the warning is Windows being cautious about a small publisher, and you can continue. If it does not, stop — contact support rather than running it.

My access code is not accepted

Codes look like T3-A-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Spaces, dashes and capitalisation are ignored, so the usual cause is a missing or extra character from copying. Copy it straight from the email rather than retyping.

A Pro code will not activate a Basic installation, or the reverse. Check which edition you bought and which one you installed.

I bought a while ago and my edition is not offered any more

Your purchase is still yours. Recovery works for editions that are no longer sold. If recovery confirms your purchase but offers no download, email support from your purchase address and we will get you a current build.
